Dying Capes

Items needed:

Cape (green shown)
Dye

Capes can be dyed different colors. Once you have your dye use it with a cape. You gain 2.5 experience for dying a cape. There are several different colors of dye, some colors need to be mixed from other colors.

• Red
• Yellow
• Blue
• Green: mix Yellow & Blue
• Orange: mix Red & Yellow
• Purple: mix Blue & Red
• Pink

Dyes can be bought from certain NPC's, some require ingredients along with gold to buy dyes. Below is a list of NPC's that sell dyes and what they require as payment.

• Aggie in Draynor Village
  • For red: 3 Redberries and 5gp per dye
  • For yellow: 2 Onions and 5gp per dye
  • For blue: 2 Woad Leaves and 5gp per dye
• Ali the Dyer in Pollnivneach
  • For red: 3 Redberries and 25gp per dye
  • For yellow: 2 Onions and 25gp per dye
  • For blue: 2 Woad Leaves and 25gp per dye
• Oronwen in Lletya (must complete the Mourning's Ends Part I Quest)
  • For red: 6gp
  • For yellow: 6gp
  • For blue: 6gp
  • For orange: 6gp
  • For green: 6gp
  • For purple: 6gp
• A bottle of purple dye respawns near the south west corner of East Ardougne.
• Betty in Port Sarim sells Pink Dye for 20gp once you have finished The Hand in the Sand Quest

NOTE: Woad Leaves can be bought from Wyson the Gardener in Falador Park for 20gp for 2 or grown (level 25 Farming required).

Limestone

Items needed:

Chisel
Limestone

Limestone can be cut into Limestone Bricks. You gain 6 experience each.

Crab Shells & Claws

NOTE: You must complete the Pirate Pete part of the Recipe For Disaster Quest to get and make these items.

Items needed:

Chisel
Fresh Crab Shell
     or
Fresh Crab Claw

Fresh Crab Shells can be cut into Crab Helmets.
Fresh Crab Claws can be cut into Crab Claws (worn as gloves).

Level 15 Crafting is required, you gain 32.5 experience each. To make these items, use a chisel with the shell or claw. They can break while you are cutting them so it would be a good idea to get a few extra just in case. No experience is gained if they break while being cut.
