Champion Arena

(This is a Members Runescape feature)

Some enemies can drop a Champion Scroll. This drop is random and rare.

Each Champion Scroll will have certain restrictions for the fight.

Take the Champion Scroll along with any fighting gear needed/allowed (weapon, armour, food, potions, etc...) to the Champions Guild. (Note: some enemies can also poison so antipoison would be a good idea if allowd.) On the east side of the steps you will see a trapdoor, go down it. You will see Larxus near the ladder, talk to him. He will tell you the restrictions on the challenge and ask if you accept. Once you accept the challenge, open the Champion Statue west of the entrance ladder. Open the Portcullis when ready to fight. The enemy will appear and battle will start. Remember, if you die during a challenge fight, you will loose items as you normally would. After the battle, open the Portcullis to leave.

Once you win a challenge, you will be awarded a banner showing your victory. Banners for winning the challenge are displayed on the northern wall. (Jogre banner shown)

You will also get Slayer and Hitpoints experience. After you win a challenge, you will not get another Champion Scroll from that race of enemy.

Once you have won all of the lower challenges, Larxus will tell you that the Champion of Champions challenges you to battle.
