Humans have been visiting the Dorgeshuun mines for some time now, but no Dorgeshuun has visited the surface since the signing of the Lumbridge-Dorgeshuun treaty.
The Dorgeshuun Council fears that the HAM group may be planning another attack, and want to send an agent to the surface to investigate. But they do not want to send someone to the surface without a guide...
Head to the Dorgeshuun Mines (under Lumbridge Castle). Remember to take the lantern and tinderbox with you. You can talk to Kazgar to lead you through the cave. Once at the mine, talk to Mistag. He will tell you that the Dorgeshuun Council have a favour to ask, ask what it is. They are would like to visit the surface but worry about the HAM group. They plan to send someone to surface and want you to be their guide.

You will have to get 2 full sets of HAM Robes. Once you have the robes, talk to Zanik under the kitchen in Lumbridge Castle. Tell her that you have the robes, she will take hers and start following you. Go up the ladder and leave the castle. You will see a cutscene.

Talk to Zanik, she will want to talk to Duke Horacio. Go back into the castle and up to the second floor. Talk to Duke Horacio. Go through the options with him.

Go back downstairs. Now you will have to talk to different NPC's around Lumbridge. Talk to:
the Cook (in the castle kitchen)
Hans (usually wandering around near the castle entrance)
Bob (the axe seller south of the castle entrance)
Father Aereck (in the church)
a Man (any Man in Lumbridge)
the Lumbridge Guide (wanders along the road near the southern bridge)
the General Store Owner (she will buy some things from the store)
Walk near the Goblins (west of the General Store) Zanik will talk to them
Once you've talked to and visited all of the above, talk to Zanik. Ask if she's seen enough of Lumbridge yet, she will tell you about the mark on her head. You will see a cutscene. Zanik will then ask to be taken to the HAM dungeon and put on her robes.

Head west to the HAM dungeon. Lockpick the trapdoor and go inside. Talk to a H.A.M. Guard.

Go south east towards the stage area and listen to the speach. Zanik will talk to you.

Talk to Johanhus Ulsbrecht (usually in the south eastern area with the jail cell), ask about the cave goblins and then go through the options with him.

Talk to Zanik again. Ask if she's seen enough. You will see a cutscene where she will point out a trapdoor.

Go to the trapdoor and lockpick it, go inside. You will end up in a small maze. There are 5 guards in the area that you must get past. When you are in the right area Zanik will use her crossbow on them. If you get caught by one of the guards you will be thrown into the jail cell in the south eastern part of the HAM dungeon. Zanik will let you out, go back through the trapdoor and try again. If you log out or get disconnected you will have to start over with the guards.

Talk to the southern most Guard. Walk to the west side of him. Zanik will shoot him with her crossbow.

Squeeze through the crack in the wall that the guard was standing next to. Wait for the guard north of you to walk to the east past the northern crack and squeeze through. Go west and talk to the guard south of you. Zanik will use her crossbow again.

Zanik will ask you to tell her when the guard is facing away from her. Tell her Now! when the guard is heading east.

Walk into the center area, where Zanik just killed the guard. Go to the eastern end and then head south, make sure you will not stop until you are past the door. The Guard nearby will follow you and Zanik will use the crossbow.

For the last guard, go to the north western side of the room, just out of sight of the guard. Talk to Zanik, tell her to stay here. Go south through the middle area and approach the guard from the eastern side of the room.

Listen at the Large Door to hear the plan. You will be caught and end up in the jail cell. Lockpick the door and talk to Johanhus Ulsbrecht.

Go north and talk to a HAM Member. Leave the dungeon. You will call for Zanik, walk south a bit and you will see her on the ground, inspect her. You will see that she is not breathing but the mark on her head is glowing brightly. You will take Zanik.

Head south to the Lumbridge Swamp Slayer Dungeon. Light your lantern if needed and put on your Spiny Helmet. Go inside the dungeon.
Talk to Juna. You will have to collect Tears of Guthix for Zanik. This does not count as your turn in the cave. She will be revived and tell you of the plot she heard at the door. You will see a cutscene of the meeting.

Talk to Zanik and then leave the dungeon. You can go north and end up in the basement of Lumbridge Castle or go out the way you entered.

Stop at a bank if needed to get any weapons, armour, food, etc... you will need to fight a level 50 enemy. Gather the items but do not put them on yet, stay in your HAM robes.

Head to the chicken farm north and across the river from Lumbridge Castle. You will see a trapdoor just south of the building, try to go inside.

Search the Crates south of the trapdoor. Zanik will hide in one of the crates. Climb down the trapdoor.

Prepare for battle and then go west. You will be attacked by 3 Guards (level 22) and Sigmund (level 50). Sigmund will use protect from ranged so Zanik will not be able to attack him.

Once Sigmund is defeated, smash the nearby Drilling Machine.

Go west and then south. Unblock the tunnel. After some talking you will be rewarded.
