Talk to Veronica, near the entrance of the fence surrounding Draynor Manor (on the southern side). Agree to help.

Follow the path north to the Large Door, go through it and then the next door.

Go up the staircase to the second floor. Head to the room just south of the staircase, take the fish food. Go down the Staircase.

Go through the door on the northern most wall. Go through the door on the western wall, then the one on the southern wall. Take the Poison. Use the Poison with the Fish Food, you will get Poisoned Fish Food.

Make your way into the eastern most room. Take the Spade, then go through the door on the northern wall.

Once outside, follow the 'pathway' made by the Dead Trees to the western side of the Manor. You will see a Compost heap, use the Spade with it. You will get a Key.

Continue following the 'pathway' south. You will see a Fountain in the south western corner. Use the Poisoned Fish Food with the Fountain. You will get a Pressure Gague.

Follow the 'pathway' back, the way you came and into the eastern most room.

Head west into the room with the staircase leading up. Use the Key with the door to the room under the staircase. There is a skeleton (level 25) that may attack. Take the Ruber Tube, leave the room.

Make your way to the south western most room. Search the Bookcases, you will go through a secret door. Go down the ladder.

Once in the basement, you will have to pull levers and open doors in a certain order. (Note: you may have to turn your camera angle once in a while for this part to see some of the doors and levers.)
