Port plasmatys quest (I highly recommend doing this quest before starting any quest involving something that requires you to go back and forth from Varrock to Mortanyia)
Talk to the Queen Ellamaria in the garden near Varrock castle.

After a small conversation the old man will give you a quiz this quiz is a basic common sense quiz however I'll list the questions I recieved and the options:
1/7: Two sets of goblins are fighting over the color of their armor what do you do?
A. Leave then to there bickering
B. Show them different colors and come to a compromise
C. Kill them all and steal their bronze spears
2/7: A drunken dwarf offers you a kebab what do you do?
A. Take his generous gift
B. Stand there until he gets mad and attacks you

4/7: A dwarf ask you to put on a silly golden helmet and fire you into a wall what do you do?

Delphinium Seed - Time to see good old Elstan near Falador, so teleport or run there. When you get to Elstan make sure your wearing the Ring of Charos. Talk to Elstan and choose the options that have (charm) next to them. When your near the end of the conversation he'll ask you to grow something for me it was marigolds. Grow the marigolds and give them to him. (NOTE: You must plant the marigolds after you talk to Elistan, seeds planted before will not count.)

Pink and Yellow Orchid Seeds - Time to break out the Ectophial or you will have a long walk ahead. Head over to the Mortanyia and talk to Lyra and remember wear the Ring of Charos. Keep choosing the (charm) options until Lyra tells you to grow something. She will now ask you to grow an allotment, for me it was onions and this time you cannot escape it and you will need to attend to your crops to win her trust. Once the crops are fully grown do not harvest them just talk to her to get your seeds. If you have to leave the area for any reason a message will come up telling you that Lyra's onions are done.

Snowdrops - Teleport or walk to Ardougne and head to the north-eastern allotment to find Kragen. After going through the whole routine Kragen asks you to plant some cabbages for him. So plant the seeds and wait for them to grow. You will get a message telling you that Kragen's cabbages might be complete.

Burthorpe Vine - Head to the inn in Burthorpe, go through the inn and into the fenced area next to it. Talk to Bernald, his Burthorpe Vines are dying from disease he desperately needs a cure and will do anything for someone to save his lively hood. Use plant cure with the vine to find out that it's not strong enough. Talk to Bernald again and he will tell you to see Alain who is a druid gardener. Go south to the Tree Patch in Taverley (just south of the gate to Falador). Talk to Alain to find out that you need Rune Essence to increase the potency of the plant cure. Do not use the charm feature with the ring for Alain is not weak minded. So if you don't already have it head to Varrock and teleport to the rune essence mining area and mine 1 essence then head back to Burthorpe. Pull out a hammer and the pestle and mortar and smash the essence then grind it. Use it with the 1 vial of plant cure you have left to get a stronger version of plant cure. After that use it with the grapevines and then talk to Bernald again.

White, Red, pink Rose Bush - When you get to the Monastery you will see the bushes, however you cannot use the ring on the guy nor try and steal the seed from the bush. When you reach the Monastery wear the Ring of Charos and try and take a seed then try and use the charm option the guy will sense the evil. Try again with the ring and he will tell you to throw the ring in the well or destroy it. Since you need it for the white tree part just throw it into the well in Edgeville. Then try and take a seed again the conversation will be different. You will be allowed to take the three plant's seeds. To get the ring back, use the fishing rod with the well.

White Tree Seed - Now head on over to the Catherby patch and talk to Daneara with the ring on. Eventually she will tell you where the tree is. Head on over to Ice Mountain near where the Oracle is and you will see the white tree. Use the secatuers to cut a limb off of the tree. Use the White Tree Shoot with the plantpot full of soil, then use the watering can with it. When it grows into a sapling it is ready to plant. Now teleport to Varrock first.

Statue of Saradomain - Talk to the queen of Varrock again and ask her how to move statues around and she will give you a trolley. Then teleport to Falador and use the trolley with the statue and then you will be treated to a funny cutscene. Then begin pushing the statue out of Falador then you will be at the back of and push it to the southern pliunth.
Cutscene info: right click on the unit to see who it is. refer to question 5/7 of the old wise man's quiz.

Statue of Misthalin - go outside the entrance of Lumbridge and use the trolley with the statue and move it to the first bridge until the screen blacks out. Then push it to the east plinth of the garden.

Plant all of your seeds. Orchid seeds are planted in the plantpots in the garden. Use a bucket of compost with the plantpot before planting the seeds. You do not need to attend to garden at all. Wait about a half hour, and talk to the queen. She will tell you if something has not finished growing. When a plant is done growing it will say fully grown when examined.

The queen will have you get the king, make sure your wearing the Ring of Charos, go through the charm options again and you will be treated to a cutscene.

Comments: This was a pain.
Note: Super Compost Potion turns normal compost into super compost you can use it with one bucket but as the queen suggests using it with a whole compost bin is a better idea.
Note 2: After the white tree is grown and the quest is complete the queen will allow you to pick the fruit from the white tree. The fruit restores 8% run energy and 3 hp per fruit. You can pick up to 4 pieces of fruit before the tree needs to reproduce. You will need to wait ten minutes for tree to reproduce 1 piece of fruit.
Note3: You can also use the Ring of Charos to get free transport to and from Karamja and Brimhaven, and on Gertrude to pick your color kitten. Also, If you are under lvl 60 Smithing then you can use it to get price for blast furnace reduced by half.
