To start using the herblore skill you will need to ask for some training from the druids. However, they require some help with a ritual before they will help you.

You can gather the raw meats before starting the quest to save time.
Head to the Druid's Circle, north of Taverley. Once there, talk to Kaqemeex. Tell him that you are looking for a quest and then agree to help.
Step is Complete.

Head south and talk to Sanfew, he is on the second floor of the Herblore Shop. Say "I've been sent to help purify the Varrock Stone Circle." then ask where the cauldron is. Step is Complete.

The meats you need are (remember, they must be raw):
Rat
Chicken
Cow
Bear

Once you have the meats, head south through Taverley. You will see some dead trees with a ladder nearby, go down the ladder.

After you go down the ladder, head north. There will be Skeletons (level 25) in the area. You will see a Prison door on the east wall, try to open it. When you try to open it, one of the Suits of Armour on either side will come to life and attack you, they are level 19. Click on the door again and the other one will attack. You do not have to defeat them to go through the door, just keep clicking on it until you get through.

You will see the Cauldron of Thunder. Use each piece of meat with the Cauldron. The meat will become enchanted. Leave the dungeon the way you came in.

Head north and talk to Sanfew again. He will thank you and tell you to talk to Kaqemeex at the Druid's Circle again.

Head north to the Druid's Circle, talk to Kaqemeex. You will be rewarded.
