It seems at last Arianwyn has need of your skills. He believes there is more to the Mourners than meets the eye and he wishes for you to find out just what they're up to. Can you gain the trust of the Mourners?
To begin talk to Eluned and she will tell you that Arianwyn requests a meeting with you in Lletya. You then are taken there and given a tiny crystal seed. It will bring you to Lletya, it has a few uses before needing re-enchanted (Eluned will re-enchant it for 750 gold, 3 charges).

Head out of the town, go to the Tyras Camp and take a barrel. Go south to the Poison Waste (southern part of elf area, see World Map if needed). Use the barrel with the tar in the swamp to get a barrel of Coal-tar. Head towards Arandor and at the split off area is a Mourner (level 11), attack him. He will hit hard and he will throw a vial at you and get weakened, and have you lose lots of health, (everything drops done to 20), pick up everything he drops since you will need these to get in the hide-out.

The head mourner will fill you in on what they are doing and then will explain how they keep everyone fooled. You need to re-dye the sheep, red, yellow, green, and blue. Head to a place with swamp frogs with your dyes and bellow. Use dye with bellow then use it on a swamp frog to inflate it with the dye. Then depending one what sheep you trying to shoot at decides which color frog to use with the device before wielding it. (To tell which sheep are what color if you find it hard to figure out just examine them.) Then once you wield it you then go into the weapon menu and click on aim and then using the arrows on the screen aim on to a sheep and then click on the red dot to fire. Depending on how well you aim and how patient you are depends on how many total dyed frogs you will need.

You now need to get a rotten apple; in the fenced area west of the kings training area is a pile of rotten apples. Once you get one head back to Elena. Now you have to wait till she is done. Once she is done she will tell you it is possible but she can't do the large quantity and explains to you how to make the stuff and gives you a sieve.

Head back to the orchard you grabbed the rotten apple and pick up the barrel and use it on the pile of rotten apples and then use it on the apple barrel to mash your apples. Next, grab your coal and barrel of Coal-tar then head to Rimmington to the chemist’s house to turn that into the solvent you need like you did in the Regicide Quest. Once you have that done, use your naptha (solvent) on the barrel of apple mush. Use the sieve Elena gave you on the barrel to strain it. Once done with that then you need to heat it on a stove, not a fire since it is explosive with open flame. When done you will end up with the toxic powder.
