Go to the General store in Lumbridge, buy 5 buckets (10gp). Head north to the field of cows (north of the Windmill). Use one of the buckets with a cow to get milk (you only need one bucket of milk).

Go west to Draynor Village. Talk to Ned, buy 1 rope (15gp).

Go west to Port Sarim, stop at the building east of the Rune Shop and fill 4 buckets with water. Head south, to the Food Store talk to Wydin. Buy a Chocolate Bar (10gp).

Head north west toward the Crafting Guild. Go west of the Guild (by the Hobgoblins) and take a Snape Grass.

Go north west to McGrubor's Wood (west of the Seer's Village), take 1 Dwellberries. There are Guard Dogs (level 44) in the area.

Head south to East Ardougne. Go west across the river, following the road go north. Talk to one of the Mourners, ask what the symptoms are and where the plague came from. On the west side of the road there is a house with a garden behind it (north of the bar). Go to the garden.

Talk to Edmond. Ask what happened to his daughter, ask to hear more about the plague, ask if you can help find her.

Talk to Alrena (usually inside the house), she will give you a gas mask. (NOTE: If you loose your gas mask you can get another one by searching the cupboard of the house.) Take the Picture from the table.

Talk to Edmond again. Use the buckets of water (all 4) with the Mud Patch in the garden. Right click on the spade and click use, then click the Mud Patch, you will fall through.

Go to the south west end of the tunnel. You will see a Sewer pipe, search it. Go north and talk to Edmond. Go back to the Sewer pipe, use the rope with it. Go back and talk to Edmond again.

Go towards the Sewer pipe. Put on the Gas Mask, and then search the pipe to go through.

You will end up on a large area of gray ground, talk to Jethik (usually near where you end up), tell him you are looking for a woman from East Ardougne.

Go north (you will have to around the large building), there is a building along the northern wall with Rotten Apples on the east side of it (look for the red dot on your map). Try to open the door. You will know you have the right building when you try to open the door and Ted Rehnison tells you to go away.

Talk to Ted Rehnison. Go up the stairs and talk to Milli Rehnison. Go back down the stairs, and out the door.

Head south. Along the southern wall, there is a building with an "X" on the door and 'Spooky stairs' leading down inside. Try to open the door.

A Mourner will talk to you, say "But I think a kidnap victim is in here", and then "I want to check anyway".

Go north to the building with a black and brown floor. Talk to the Head Mourner, go through the options with him.

Head north to the set of large buildings just north of the large area of gray ground, go inside the one with a black floor.

Talk to the Clerk, ask "Who is through that door?", and then say "This is urgent though!". Go through the door on the east wall.

Talk to Bravek. Say "This is really important though!" and then "Do you know what's in the cure?". Bravek will give you A Scruffy Note, read it.

To make the Hangover cure:

Use the Pestle and mortar with the Chocolate bar to make Chocolate dust
Use the Chocolate dust with the bucket of milk to make Chocolaty milk
Use the Snape grass with the Chocolaty milk

Talk to Bravek. Say "They won't listen to me!", he will give you a Warrant. Leave the building.

Go south, to the building with the 'Spooky stairs' again. Try to open the door. Go down the 'Spooky stairs'.

Try to open the door, you will talk to Elena. Go up the stairs, search the barrel near the stairs. You will find A Small Key. Go back down the stairs, use the key with the door. Talk to Elena. Leave the building.

Go north, to the large area of gray ground. Look around on the ground for a Manhole, open it and then climb down.
