Witch's Potion Quest Guide

Become one with your darker side. Tap into your hidden depths of magical potential by making a potion with the help of Hetty the Rimmington witch.

Eye of Newt or 3gp
burnt Meat (chicken does not work, beef does work)

(You can gather most of the items needed on your way to begin the quest.)

1. Go to the Magic Shop in Port Sarim, buy an Eye of Newt (3gp). Go south to the food store, talk to Wydin, buy one raw beef (1gp). Go north west to the garden near Melzar's Maze, take an onion.
   
   Step is Complete.

2. Next, go south to Rimmington (you can follow the road). Go into the first house on the north east side. Use the raw beef with the stove. If the meat does not burn use it with the stove again.
   
   Step is Complete.

3. Now leave this building and go into the one just south of it. Talk to Hetty, tell her that you are in search of a quest. If you picked up the ingredients on your way, the only thing you should need to get now is a rat's tail. Leave Hetty's house and go into the building to the west. Kill a rat, take the tail (if you kill the rat before talking to Hetty, the tail will not appear).
   
   Step is Complete.

4. Go back to Hetty's house. Talk to her again to give her the ingredients. Drink from the Cauldron in the center of the room. You will be rewarded.
