It was another easy clue (and I mean EASY) Took me like 3 minutes...
Reward- Black legs... and *dun dun dun* Black Hatchet.
Well worth an Al Kharid guard, if ya ask me.

I love this stuff... yet another clue.
This one started with a map, and it was of the mine east of Varrock.
The X was by the end of the wooden fence. (north end)
After that, nothing to hard.
Reward- Steel pick, 32 earth runes... Black full helm (t)! woo!!

Is there a certain quest that needs to be completed before you can get clues because I have been killin guards forever and still i haven't gotten 1 clue. Any help would be good.

09 degrees 33 minutes north
02 degrees 15 minutes east

Theres no set reward.
Although they do follow certain guidelines depending on what monster you got it from.
