Quest Help

Can anyone suggest a level I should attempt to do the dragon slayer quest?

I am currently combat level 47, and it seems people keep telling me a level, then raise it when I get there. Any suggestions?

i would recommend doing Drudic Ritual its real easy and then you can get herblore, using the Quest Guide here on Nomad makes all quest easy I suggest using that

yes you can do it at lvl 48 because i did it at that lvl and when i completed it it got me to lvl 55 combat. Just bring 6 swordies, the rest lobbies, & full addy armor and a good weapon to use.

yes all that will work, yes you need the Anti-DragonFire Sheild for the quest so bring that with you to.

I did the quest when I was around level 45...with some difficulty. Bring swordfishes, not something cheap like salmon (I almost died using salmon). I used full addy with a rune scimmy, so level your attack to 40 adn get a good rune weapon.

even if I did get it to 40, i wouldn't be able to afford a rune wep, as I only have 30k, but 10k of that is being used to buy a chaos and nat tallys.

How much do rune b-axe sell for?

I'd recommend getting your attack and defense up to lvl-40 each, and getting rune chain, rune platelegs, and a rune battleaxe. All that totals about... 160k.

Mine iron and coal, make steel bars and sell them 500gp each for cash is one suggestion.
