Dragon Leather Armor

Couple pics of the dragon leather. The first is the option screen asking what item you want to make the body armor uses 3 pieces of leather the others each use one. The second picture is me wearing the dragon leather armor (also dragon med and axe, rune kite, strength ammy and legends cape).

I just tried. Studs can only be used on leather or hard leather armor :(

New types of leather? I never heard about this. Is it only dragon or can you make other types of leather as well? I'm also wondering can you only make dragon?

You can still make it from cows.

Yeah I know about that skull. I meant is there any other types of leather you can make with RS2?

There are two types of leather regular and hard leather and they both can be studded. Plus the dragon leather. I think I was wrong about the quantities for the dragon armors I started out with 9 pieces and made 2 bodies, 1 chaps and 1 uambraces. So i'm guessing the chaps take 2 pieces to make. The hardest part will be getting to the dragons when rs2 is officially released. I'm guessing they will be crowded.

Do all dragons drop them? Excluding the Green dragon and baby blue dragons...

Just a reminder to the p2p people...If you go to fight the dragond Make sure you take the Anti-Dragon Breath Shield. I for got the shield and almost died. Lvl 99 blue dragon hit me for a 20 and a 28!!! And here's a pic of a blue dragon in RS2.

I do know that you have to be lvl40 ranged to wear the new armor. I'll get the stats on it later to post.

Does anyone know the required crafting levels for this stuff?

I think full blue is 71 crafting, I'm about to go get some red dragon skins to check that. Black is 79 for umbraces, 82 for chaps and 84 for body. Which sucks cause in beta full black was lvl 82.

Red dragon body is lvl 77 to make, I'll have somebody try the other pieces I have later to find out the skill lvl for chaps and umbraces. Each piece of red dragon leather give 78xp when crafted.
