Noob Question

I have been asked many times if i could trim peoples armor, i always say no and walk away then i was looking at a smithing table and i saw a red outlining along a mith kite how do i do that? or trim?

No player (except very gifted hackers I suppose) can trim armour. It's simply impossible. The red lining of the mith kite is what a mith kite regularly looks like. See link.

Shields used to have a red edge on them. They changed it to brown. Maybe they didn't update the smithing table in the game before you looked...

Thanks for pointing out the red edge thing though, there were a few pics in our guides that I forgot to update :)

ok i c but the chain mail and plate have different arms than currently is that the same?

They did also change the look of the chain in the inventory, not sure about the plate.

iwhen i was a noob i fell for that scam all the time but now i report ppl if they do that cuz i wanan b a mod

Once I saw two people working over a bank-full of people with a simple armour-trimming scam. The first said 'free armour trimming' and the second came over and said 'here, trim my armour.' Then they trade again and the second person puts on a piece of black (g) armour and said 'wow, he can really do it! look!'

saw sum guy with mith trimmed once. and no it wasnt the lighting and was actually rune trimmed. he showed me in a trade it specifically said mithril platebody (g) i was like wow bs hax
