how do you get to crandor island?

by using the lady lumbridge(a boat) but u need to be doing the drag slayer quest

can you use the lady lumbridge if you finish the dragon slayer quest?

No. In order to go back to the island, you'll have to go to Kara, go down in the dungeon, head over to the red spider area, and open the secret door. People have said you can only use it if you went through it during Drag Slayer, but I'm not totally sure.

You need to complete the DragonSlayer Quest to gain enterance to Crandor. Once the quest is completed you can go to Crandor any time you want via the Karamja Volcano Dungeon.
