Dragon dagger and mace

I went shopping in rs2 today, so here's the new dragon weapons. The Dragon Mace is 50k and the dagger is 30k

hmm, I was disappointed with the drag battle in RS1...has it changed since?

Also, which stat tells how often you will hit? Like the old 'weapon aim' stat?
