Shilo Village Quest... HELP ME!!!

Ok, everything has been going smoothly up to this point. I've discovered the temple and everything's hunky dorry. Then the guy sends me to an island to find a tomb. I get to the island, and find the rocks, but I can't do anything with them. I've investigated, searched, examined, and bashed my head on them (see pic). What the heck do I do? The quest guide here, at tip.it, and at runehq don't help.

Then the ground in front of you begins to shake and a shard of bone comes to surface. You take the bone shard. You show it to Trufitus and tell him it appeared when you buried the corpse. He thinks it may be a clue and goes on about only kin was the son and that he is entombed on a island south west of here.

Fiddlesticks, I didn't talk to him about the bone shard long enough, our conversation got cut off.
Man, it's hard getting back onto that island too.. Arrg!

It didn't work, I went back and talked with that guy until my fingers where tired. Then I went back to the stones, still no luck. What am I supposed to do, hack them out of existance?

try redoing the quest and see if that helps, meaning try going back to the start of it and retracing your steps. That seems to help me when i'm lost in a quest, well when i had the quests uncompleted.

Ty all, I found what I did wrong. I forgot to read the scrolls I was carrying. I've finished the quest now, and I'm off to mine some gems. =]

Totally, I think I've got almost 10 diamonds so far today. No dragonstones yet though.

ummm if you ever need any help cutting all of them well the f2p gems any ways then just call me, i'll be heppy to help you cut them for free.

You can't get dragonstones from gem rocks at shilo village.

dragonstones are obtainable from the chest in taverly with the crystal key only

Nothing yet (besides a few quests aka legends and one small favor iirc). Just cut em and drop em.
