Drag Left Half

I was wondering if you needed to have done the Legends Quest before you can get a left half drop off monsters.

i think you can only get that from the shope that sells that and if i'm right you can get it from other ppl.

actually rune hq says that some slayer monsters drop left half

It has been proven that you *can* get left half drops without being in legends. I remember a guy who wasn't even in hero's at the fire giants that got one.

almost any monster IN P2P like chaos dwarfs (lvl 48*) can drop a shield...
