i can't change a pass!!!

for some reason the internet or my computer will not let me change my runescape pass! it just loads the whole thing uptill when it says process something then it just stays that way!

Um...all I can tell you is to get it to that screen then wait awhile. You can open up another browser window and just surf the web or whatever and keep checking to see if its done. If it stays that way for a LONG time then try again I guess...

Did you tr doing a virus scan on your cp, restart it, turn it off for a day....try those eddie.
