There is a new quest called Mourning's End Part 1.You can start this quest by speaking to Eluned in Isafdar.The minimum requirements are:Must have completed Roving Elves,Sheep Herder,and Big Chompy Bird Hunting.And for skills you must have atleast:50 thieving,and 60 ranging.
