Welcome to Nomad Terminater. Sir Leye cannot be defeated by a man, so you have to change your gender for that part of the quest. After the quest is completed you're given 3k to cover the charge, and a free ticket to get changed back free of charge. It's annoying, but the quest is worth it I guess.

Recruitment Drive (http://www.nomadgaming.com/index.php?page=rs2_recruitmentdrive) has a guide if you want to look to it incase no one on to help you.

But as eregion said you must be a girl.. after you start the quest you go to the makeover mage and pay to become agirl then when done with the quest you will get a voucher to get a free makeover mage (http://www.nomadgaming.com/index.php?page=rs2places#make) session to change back.
