i finally got the lvl enuf 2 when rune then i find out that i have 2 do dragon slayer to wear it. it was just my pl8 that i couldn't wear. in the end of dragon slayer quest guide it says i get get to wear full green dragon and rune chainmail body. but it didnt say that i can wear rune pl8 body. so i put on my pl8 body, then it says i have to complete that damn quest. now im fishing lobbies to get runes and get my mage up. then again i do want it up 4 tele grab. :D :thumbsup: :D

if you can wear rune and have a full set then you can do the quest easily, and you can pay the goblin for the map piece anyway

Yup, you can pay Wormbrain 10k for the map piece. Im a penny pincher myself so I just trained my magic up so I could use tele grab. If thats what youre doing dont worry, it shouldnt take that long =]

ya im gonna do mage. its seems easier. plus my mage lvl is 27 now.

Actually the guide said "The ability to wear Rune Plate Mail Body and Green Dragonhide Body". I redid this quest when 3D first came out to get a guide for it. If I remember right, they did rename plate for a while. In the quest description on Jagex's site it still sais plate mail body. Just something I overlooked later on. It has been changed to avoid further confusion.

Here is alittle hint for you mages and archers who do this quest! When you go in the room to fight the dRagon go to the bottom red dot on the left side of the room if you go a little more closer to the gate the drago newont attack. * Fire attacks are not affective for you mages*
