All of this is very rough, and may not be completely precise, but this is the new exp method. Basically, instead of each monster giving their own exp, the exp that you get is now based on the damage that you do. Here are the numbers, (or something close to)
Levels 1-14. Damage you do x 2 = Exp.
Level 1-29. For half of the current level your on, (if you need 1000 exp for next level, this only goes to the first 500) All damage is multiplied by 3, and then goes to your exp. Once you pass the halfway mark, its goes back to damage x 2.
Levels 30-44. Damage x 3 = Exp. (This now stays on throughout the whole level)
Levels 45-59. (Much like levels 1-30) In stead of damage x 3, it is now damage x 4 = Exp.
Levels 60-74. Damage x 4 = Exp. (As in Levels 31-45)
Levels 75-99. Damage x 5 = Exp. (Im not too sure about this, as none of my stats are high enough.)

This only goes to COMBAT ONLY. As for other skills (mining, cooking, etc.) I have yet to figure those out. As far as I can tell, the exp that goes to hp is now whatever your main exp was. (Say you got 60 exp, 20 exp would go to HP) It may be more as my HP as been growing nicely. Once again, I will be furthering my research, and will be fixing/adding the other stat exp.

---Upon further testing, it seems as if ALL levels start off with the next step higher multiplication. (2 goes to 3, 3 goes to 4, etc.) Once again, this only lasts halfway through the level.

pretty useful info...question though, the levels that you show, are those the monsters levels or your combat stat levels?

also, whatever amount of damange you give to the monster, say for instance i hit a 6, and then based on the level range, its multiplied by a number and i receive the formulated experience? (this is pretty much what you said, but im just double checking) so if this is true...then if you hit a 6 in range all xp goes to range?...or is this for melee only?!

also...mining exps havent changed

The levels go for the level of your stat. As for all the exp going to a certain stat (range, for example) im not too sure. You get the max exp to range, and as far as I can tell recently, whatever damage you just hit goes to your hp exp. So, I hot a 17. I get 17 exp added to my hp. Finally answering your question, yes, all exp goes to ranged, so to speak. Its not taken from the ranged exp, but hp seems to get some as well.
On another note, I have recently tested with event monsters. Regardless of what you hit, the only exp you'll get is 1.

Another update. All non-combat skills. (This normally goes for ranging for some odd reason, but im making ranging a combat skill for this.) It has been tested, they give the same exp as they did before. Prayer (as far as i can tell) gives the same too.
Ranging- Ranging is throwing me into one heck of a loop. I just got to level 40, and my stuff is already being multiplied by 4. It may be bacuase you cant his as hard (well, some cant) with ranging. Im gonna run some more tests on this and see if I can figure it out.
Anyways, from what I hear, all my exp factors are correct. I havent heard anything from people with 75+ levels in a skill, hopefully ill get word here soon.
*wink wink* *hint hint* lol.
