Can't log on to RS - for over a week now!

I did a teleport from mid-Falador to Varrock, and it really messed me up(I think that's what did it anyway).

I haven't been able to log on to RS or any other 'live action' type game since, even the arcade here and at www.jagex.com (http://www.jagex.com)

Ok I got confused, I can play the Arcade here at Nomad, but I still can't play Goldmine at www.jagex.com or runescape. I haven't been able to log on to RS-Classic for quite a while, but I didn't really care about that. Now I can't even log on to RS, and I'm ticked.

yes, I haven't been able to log onto classic for ages. A couple days ago, runescape stopped working for me. So at the bottom of the screen, it says Select Java Version - only change this if the default doesn't work
So I tried each one until I found one that worked. That was the third one down.
It might not work, but it's worth a try. Also I can't play gold mine either. It loads about 70% then it stops.

Check your firewall and the settings you have on "download client". Your internet securities may have changed or something like it.

If it's not that, then check your computer for virus' and ad-ware. Make sure you have everything updated for virus' and your windows.

I can get into RS with the guy, but then the screen says that the connection is lost and stays like that for ages. The same thing happens to me at Goldmine though. I've tried to download Java SUN, the third one down I think, but I can't because I don't have a working Acrobat Reader right now.

Just in (lol). I've created a new character on RS and he works fine, but I still can't access my old one.

@ Eregion. Perhaps you were banned? Im not sure if they send you a message, as ive never have been. But it could be a possibility perhaps?

My guy's back online, a friend got him 'unstuck' for me, something about my computer or something like that. Thanks for the info, I'll keep it in mind if it ever happens again.

PS: If you're banned, you can't start new characters right? I'm not sure, just double-checking. I like the new RS intro though, it's much better than the RS-Classic one.

I dont see why they wouldnt let you start a new one. The work from the other one is already gone. Get banned again and the work on the new one is gone. Eventually after awhile one will learn... hopefully.
