Unfair Runescape

Im sure all of you remember when the new runescape came out and we all had to transfer our items right? Well I had a slight problem with transferring my items. In my bank account on the new RS, I had no items on me or in my bank, as with the same in RS classic, I had no items on me or in the bank. So whenever I tried to transfer items, it would say that I had no items in my bank account. So a few days ago, musty was online with me and I had him check my bank (since my connection is too slow to play the new RS) and I had all my items back in my bank account. Now that I sent jagex a support query, they said that they cant transfer my items to rs classic and I never even had a chance to transfer in the first place. Runescape can go blow on my brown-eye for all I care now...

they had said for a while that there was going to be a short period of time to transfer the items. They even gave a deadline...guess you should have done it sooner. Its not Jagex fault you missed the deadline.

I didnt miss any deadline, they said I didnt have any items in my bank on new RS or on RS Classic, its not my fault that runescape screws up once again

Your connection is too slow to play RS2?!?

I have a 26.4 (can't even hit a 28.8 here) and have my computers networked into it, and 3 people on them can log in and play at the same time, with no problem.

So I gotta ask, you do know there are faster than 2400 baud modems now right?

yah I do know there are faster modems out there, and Im running on a 56k right now. but I think my problem is that all my songs on my computer are slowing me down, so I need more free space for everything to run faster
