Gold trimmed armor and rune bow

where do you buy them? I saw some player walking around with a mod, wearing it. He wouldn't tell anyone.

The armor:
Can only buy from other players. The only place it comes from is finding it on a treasure trail.

The bow is a magic bow. Costs about 2.5-10k each depending on who's selling.

@ Jelgerbe: other players sell the armor for ridicules prices. dont buy the armor until a month later or so when the price dies down

wow duds, what a life story, you quit a trade...
these new types of armour look really crappy, how about bringing in the old idea for Gold and Silver armour, only available to high lvl smithers/def lvls...they dont raise def much, because they are mainly status symbols.

im a member and yes i can sell gilded armour to free players. don't count on the prices dropping too much, as treasure trails are VERY uncommon and quite often lead to boring rewards. I have seen ranger boots, guilded addy, guilded mith, guilded black, pirate hat, gerrant the fishers hat and berret. There is probably many more, dont no if any of the special items other than armour is tradable.

i agree devalice, as usual, the economy of runescape is not being helped by the release of crap like those listed above, and 4 million for a party hat that looks very **** also doesnt help either

Also the god armours are better from what I understand, though I can't confirm it because I can't see spending the money or get lucky enough to get some yet.

IMO i dont think it looks any better, its just a wider variety of armour, it should still be the same price as normal armour.
