hi everyone,

ive started a new account...i intend him to be a ranger:) . i was just wondering wats the best bow i can get and wats the best leather i can get?:confused:

well on free the best bow (in my opinion) would be a oak short. and the best leather would be full green.

Oak long or oak shortbows are the best bows in f2p.
Green leather is nonmember, but you need 40 ranged. It can be bought at the chapions guild. Blue red and black armor and member.

To start, you need a bow. (I suggest shortbows, as they shoot 3 times faster)
At 10? Think thats right... ranging you can use oak. Once again, shortbows...
As for leather, best until 40 is studded leather. Think it takes 40 something crafting to stud the leather...
As for arrows, I think f2p goes up to steel, but iron might be cheaper...
Or did they add fletching to f2p? If so, go with steel...

Yeah in f2p it goes up to steel. At the shop in Varrock iron arrows are about 20 gp. I'm not sure about steel..

steel arrows go for 50 ea if full on stock... i think at Lowe's

Yea, so I suggest iron arrows then.
Unless you got a member friend who will make you steel arrows...
If anyone wants to get the feathers/bars around, ill make any arrows on f2p.
