1. Can f2p use studded leather?
2. Can f2p use enchanted rings? (if so, I need one...)
3. What is the highest arrows for f2p?
4. What is the highest bow for f2p?
5. What is the differences between short and long bows?

Money and credit card use is a problem for me. Whenever I have the money, no card. And when I don't have the money... uh, no card. Just gotta wait until Sep. 1st. Then I'll be 18 and able to use a CC.

I should be going to p2p come the fall. I think I diserve it... :)

Well whilst your waiting you could just get a month of p2p via your mobile phone. You only have to pay for members plus 10p (In U.K) for the text! Thats how I do my membership!

I just do money orders to pay for my stuff...until i get a CC myself.

As for Leroy being a mod, he moderates the forums to make sure people dont post inappropriate things, or irrelavent things to the subject matter, Runescape. Being a member or non-member doesn't really affect that.
