if i rember right..muddy is for the dungion south of taverly and you need to go with the blues

muddy key goes by the lesser demons inside lava maze in wildy

The Sinister key is used under Yanille in its dungeon. It unlocks a chest which gives you a Torstol herb plus a few others. You need a fairly high lvl agility or theiving to get to the back though.
