Some weird training for f2p

I found out that if u do the demon slayer quest with 45 str, u hit 7s every time with silverlight. So, I figured that if i got the incantation wrong, i could get tons of xp. tell me what you think.

I thought this as well, but I did the math and found that doing this was much less effective than training normally since I would hit once and go through chat dialog, and animation, and then only hit another 7...

ok, it was a decent try, and it only works for melee.

Yes, but when you get the incantation wrong, you don't kill it. You have to try all over again. To say the incantation, you have to hit a certain amount of hitpoints on the demon. Then you get to say it.
