Ready for desert treasure

Well, I just got temple of ikov done, so I made this thread to keep up on my goals...

I got some questions for the people who have done desert treasure...

How many lobbies should i fish and cook for the whole quest?

Goals:
All four diamonds have been gotten. Now i gotta get azzandra outa there....

[X] Shadow diamond
[X] Ice diamond

I would recommend swordfish or sharks over lobsters for this quest, can't really suggest a number just lots of them.

I think the shadow and ice diamonds were the toughest.

And I may have some stat restores, not supers though...

well i havn't done it yet but i was there when my freand did it, he used up ALOT of swordies and restores i think the shadow diamond was hardest

well i bought 100 sharks but used 25ish in total
i used normal restores (made myself) about 5 did the job for me
ice was a lil difficult cause of his really quick barraging but if u wear like d hide chaps that wont hit much erm

for that guy i wore blk d hide chaps n vamps blk mystic top n boots n hat, magic ammy, air staff (had fire runes n chaos too 500 chaos)

use potect from melee when u see him and run up 2 him he will hit u hard with melee if u dont have that up....

al the other guys were easy and i mean easy... i maged them all with basic mystic robes on using fire blast and bolt

i used about 4 prayer pots also in total... on the whole its an easy quest just a bit long

good luck with it (dont forget robes after it) they look gooood

@ bustbin - you don't need to finish the whole quest to wear/get them. :rolleyes:

I thought ice was kind of easy, the blood diamond was the worst one for me.

ice and smoke were the hard ones for me, read our guides and it shouldnt be too hard...

Just remember to use protect from magic when you're fighting the vampire and you'll do fine, problem was I didn't know that my first two tries. :p

I turned prot from mage on and when he would tele I would just change to the other side.

I didn't die once.

I was going for the shadow part, i got the guy killed (both versions) I picked up the diamond...I died.. Bloody skele's. I wasted 10 prayer pots, about 80k worth of items wasted

I beat the crap out of pillow....I was so mad....

I'm gonna have to quit and earn some cash for a while :-[

Well...I came to quite a suprise today. I bought 11 super resotres (4) and i fished 14 swordies. I came into a nice suprise.... It said that the shadow diamond "mysteriously" appeared back to the place I picked it up and teled :P...

I got the ice diamond! Not a single death during the process, just smoothness... Thats all four diamonds which means all thats left is freeing azzandra!

Wooooot! I know it's not over yet, but man! I've done it! I was shaking when I came in to only find his ice barrages hit a max of 5 wwhen i had prot from melee on :P
