There is a Tunnel Entrance located south west of Shantay Pass.

The Kalphite Queen is located on the second level down.
The Potato Cactus (used for making Magic Potion) is located here.

Notes:
The Kalphite Queen will attack almost as soon as you climb down the rope to the second level. She has two forms, once one is defeated she changes to the another. She attacks fast dealing lots of damage. It is best to take a team of people when you challenge her. The player who deals the most damage gets the drop.
Some players take Desert Robes and Boots to get the this dungeon, they are not really needed if you know where you are going and run to get there. This way saves 3 inventory spots for food, potions, etc...
