This area is part of the Hero's Quest. This is where you get the Ice Gloves.
Notes:
In the area with the Ice Queen (level 111) there are Ice Warrior (level 57). This is a multi-combat zone, so most of them can attack at once. The Protect from Melee is a big advantage.
Ice Spiders (level 61) do not show up as yellow dots on the map. Be careful, they can sneak up on you.
When you go up the ladders, to get to other parts of the dungeon, there will be Ice Giants (level 53) waiting for you.
