It's war on the high seas as Bill Teach tries to make the journey from Port Phasmatys to the pirate enclave of Mos Le'Harmless!
With his crew heading for the hills he's looking to recruit anyone eager to become a pirate to help him sink the enemy before he ends up swimming home. He's offering a lot more than a shilling to join his crew. Have you got what it takes to be a pirate?
Weapon and Armour (if desired to fight Pirates (level 57) )
Head Port Phasmatys Inn to talk with Bill Teach, he will say he is in dire need of a pirate but none will sail with him so he asks you. You tell him yes you always wanted to be a pirate. You learn of the reason you are needed and stand by your word.

Head to the East Dock. Cross the gangplank and then talk to Bill. It will do a cut scene where you learn you need to take care of the others cannon by getting a fuse out of the gun locker and get 2 ropes out of the repair locker. Grab the tinderbox towards the southern end of ship by plunder storage.

Head back up ladder and climb up the climbing net, use rope with the hoisted sail to get to the other ship. (NOTE: It is possible to fail while swinging over to their ship. If this happens, you will fall into the water and then climb onto their ship, your energy will be drained.) The pirates are level 57 and will attack you (unless I accidentally clicked on one). Use the fuse with the gunpowder and then light the fuse with your tinderbox. Then go up their climbing net and use rope on sail and get back to your boat.

Talk to Bill and you will be sent down below to fix the leaks. Go to repair locker and get out a hammer, planks and tacks and swamp paste (3 sets of the planks, tacks and swamp paste is needed for all the holes). Use plank with ship hull, then use swamp paste, repeat till all holes done.

Go back up top to talk to Bill again. You are to plunder the other ship so go grab 2 more ropes and head over to their ship and go below. Loot Crate, Ransack Barrel, and Plunder Chest you need at least 10. Go back to ship and climb down to put the plunder in the plunder storage chest. Talk to Bill.

Go to the gun locker and get a new cannon barrel go to the cannon and use the barrel on the broken cannon. Now go back to Bill for next step.

You go get the fuse and canister as well as the ramrod from the gun locker. Take some powder out of the gunpowder barrel next to the cannon. Use the powder with the cannon then the ramrod with the cannon. Next use the Canister with the cannon then the ramrod again. Finally use the fuse with it, now it's ready to fire. Wait until a pirate is in front of the cannon and then use the tinderbox with it. (You may have to try again if you do not hit any of their crew.) Talk to Bill again.

Now go get fuse and cannonballs and repeat the process until you damage their ship three times but instead of using the canister use the cannonball. Follow the same process or you can get hurt for 5 since if done wrong the cannon blows up. The order for preparing the cannon is:
Ramrod
Powder
Ramrod
Canister/Cannonball
Ramrod
Fuse
Tinderbox to fire
Ramrod
Don’t forget to use the ramrod after you fire it to clean it. If the cannon does blow up, get another cannon barrel from the crate and repair it. Hitting their ship can take a while, if you do not damage the ship keep trying until you hit it three times.

Once you hit their ship three times there will be a cut scene and quest complete.
