King Arthur is sending out his knights on a quest for the famous holy grail. If you are a knight of the round table go to King Arthur for further orders.
To begin head to the Camelot Castle to talk to King Arthur. He will tell you that the Holy Grail has come back into the runescape world and hopes they get it this time. He will send you on to Merlin to give you a better clue as to where it could be. Head upstairs and go through door to the east and Merlin will appear.

Merlin goes on to tell you that if it was returned to Camelot it would be a good thing indeed. He mentions that it would likely reside in a holy place which is like its nature. Merlin tells you there is a holy island that if you go there you could talk to someone to find out more. Sir Galahad is also another person you can talk to as well, since he was one of the last to return from the quest many years ago. He can be found west of McGrubor's wood.

I went to Sir Galahad and learned about the grail some more and also learned he had a keepsake napkin as well. Once done there I headed to Entrana, remember you can't wear armor and such. Talk to the high priest and tell him you are in search of the Holy Grail. You will find out it had been through Entrana once and that he does not know where it is now. Crone will speak up and ask if you are a Grail Knight and that the Fisher King is in pain. She tells you to go where the 6 heads face, blow the whistle and away you go. You then will learn about the stone heads and the fisher king while chatting with her.

You will need to get a whistle, they reside in a haunted manor house in Misthalin (Draynor Manor), but you must carry something of the Fisher King. Now head back to Sir Galahad to get his napkin. Once you get the napkin go to Draynor Village and go to the manor.

Be sure to have the napkin on you before you go to the manor since you need it to see the whistle. It will be in the room to the south on the table on the 3rd floor. Take it then get prepared for battle.

Remember you need the Excalibur to beat the Black Knight Titan. If you have to get it again head to Taverly then southeast to find the Lady of the Lake. It will cost 500gp to get again.

Now once you have your armor and excalibur equipped, and maybe some pots like prayer and super set in your inventory with food now you will need to head to Brimhaven. You are heading to the spot above the gold mining area where the rocks are in the shape of a C. If you came by boat it will be west, then north. Stand in the middle of the 4 posts which I see in low res, and blow the whistle.
Step is Complete.

Once you appear in the other realm go toward the dark knight, drink your pots and then talk to him and if you are gonna use protect from melee turn it on as well. Once you defeat him and go across bridge head south then east and talk to the fisherman.
Step is Complete.

He tells you to get in to the castle you ring one of the bells. Head to the castle and there will be a grail bell laying on the ground, pick it up and ring it. You will end up in the castle. If you go up the stairs all the way to the top to the east you will find the grail, but if you go to pick it up it says you are not worthy yet and need to do a task. Head back down. Then head to the stairs in the middle of the castle. Go up the stairs then talk to The Fisher King.
Step is Complete.

You will find the King is not feeling well and hopes his son returns soon as heir. His son is Percival, a knight of the round table. Head down the stairs and pick up an extra whistle so you can give it to his son later. Blow your whistle and then you will end up back on brimhaven. You now will need to teleport to Camelot.
Step is Complete.

Ask King Arthur if he has a knight named Percival. He will tell you that he left on a quest and has not heard back from him yet. That he was off trying to find the Golden Boots of Arkaneeses, that magic golden feathers are suppose to lead you to the boots. He gives you a Magic Gold Feather.
Step is Complete.

It will lead you the Goblin Village, north of Falador. The east building with sacks, go in and prod them. You will hear a groan and see them wiggle. Open the sacks. Out pops Sir Percival who fell in a goblin trap and kept as a slave. Tell him about his father and then give him the extra whistle to get there.
Step is Complete.

Now head to the spot to use the whistle again to go see the King Fisher and his son. Once you get there you will see that everything is green and nice. Head to the castle and go up the ladder to the Holy Grail and pick it up then go talk to King Percival, who tells you how everything changed. He thanks you for showing him the way home.
Step is Complete.

Head back to Camelot Castle and talk to the King and give him the Holy Grail.
