Deep in the elven forests of Isafdar, live a duo of roving elves: Islwyn a grumpy, old elf who dislikes humans and his companion Eluned who is a beautiful, friendly, young female elf with a kind heart.
In this quest you are challenged to overcome Islwyn's prejudice against humans and alleviate the burdens of the past.
If you need Glarial's Amulet and Glarial's Pebble:
Go to the Tree Gnome Village. Make you way through the maze, or talk to Elkoy to go through if you have completed the Tree Gnome Village Quest. Once you are at the 'gate' to the village, don't squeeze through it, instead head east to the dungeon area, go down the ladder. Search the crates and boxed in the north eastern area until you find 'A Key'. There are Giant Bats (level 27), Zombies (level 13 and level 24) in the area. Next head to the north western area. There are Hobgoblins (level 28) in the area. Try to open the door to the north. Use the key with the door. Talk to Golrie, you will get Glarial's Pebble.
Next, go to the Tombstone of Glarial, south east of Baxtorian Falls and south west of the Coal Cart Mine. Do not take any weapon or armour with you. Once there, use Glarial's Pebble with the tombstone. You will enter a passage. Head west, there are Skeletons (level 22 and level 25), Zombies (level 13 and level 24), and a few Moss Giants (level 84) in the area. Open and search the chest in the western room, you will get Glarial's Amulet.
Head into isafadar, you can use the northern entrance to avoid the Underground Pass. ( NOTE: It is kind of tough to give directions through this place, I will try to get a map with the route to take and traps marked put up soon ) Once you are past the path and into the forest area, head west. Go south a bit then step over the Tripwire. Cross the Log Balance. Next, go south east through the Dense Forest. Follow the path west, then jump over the Leaves trap. Continue following the path west and north. Once you get to the bridge, turn east. Pass the Sticks trap. Go into the area and search the Fire Remains. Go back towards the bridge, don't forget about the Stick trap.

Follow the path south. To the east you will see Dense Forest. Enter it. Go north east, step over the Tripwire trap. There are Dire Wolfs (level 88) in the area. Head south.

You will be in an area near a pool of water with Magic Trees nearby, there are also Grizzly bears (level 24) and Grizzly Bear Cubs (level 19) in the area. You should see two elves, Islwyn and Eluned. Every once in a while they will talk to each other then leave. If they are not there wait a few minutes, the will be back.

Talk to Eluned. She will tell you to bring her the seed from the gardian in Glarial's tomb. If you brought runes to teleport, use them now.

Head to a bank. Remember, you can not take any weapons, armour, or runes. Take plenty of food. (While using protect from melee he hit me with a few 14's at level 91 combat.) Potions are allowed. When you are ready, go to the Tombstone of Glarial (south east of Baxtorian Falls and south west of the Coal Cart Mine). Use Glarial's Pebble with it.

Head to the house north of Baxtorian Falls. Go through the house and board the raft (like in the Waterfall Quest). It will crash again. Use the rope with the rock on the small island south of you. Put on Glarial's Amulet. Use the rope with the dead tree to lower yourself to the ledge. Open the Ledge/door.

Follow the eastern branch of the tunnel. There are Shadow Spiders (level 52) in the area. Go through the door. There are Skeleton Mages (level 16) and Skeletons (level 45) in the area. Search the crates until you find 'A Key'.

Next, leave this branch of the tunnel and follow the western branch. There are Fire Giants (level 86) in this area. Go through the door, then use the key with the second and third doors.

Also, after you finish the quest, if you talk to Golrie (in the dungeon near the gate leading to the Tree Gnome Village) he will give you a book 'Cadaran Linage'. It gives some history about the Cardan Family. (Not real sure what this is used for yet.)
